Bernard Gogarty has acted as a conciliator and as an expert in determining disputes in addition to acting on behalf of parties in such procedures.

Arbitration

Bernard Gogarty has represented clients in arbitrations ranging from contractual issues to major construction disputes and has sat as an arbitrator in respect of many disputes both domestic and international, in Ireland, Zurich and Amsterdam.

Bernard has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 1990 and has served as Chairman of the Irish Branch of the Institute.  He is a former member of the Law Society Arbitration Committee and is one of the Irish representatives on the International Commission for Arbitration of the ICC in Paris.
