Emma
graduated from the University of Liverpool John Moores in 1999
and, having completed her traineeship with the firm, joined as
an Assistant Solicitor in 2006. Emma practices principally in
the areas of Litigation, Labour and Family Law and Domestic Conveyancing.
Emma
has extensive experience in the areas of Construction disputes,
Family Law litigation, Debt Collection and, in the area of
Labour Law, has represented both employers and employees before
bodies such as the Employment Appeals Board and the Employment
Equality Agency. Emma also has extensive experience in District
and Circuit Court litigation.
As a
conveyancer Emma has experience of acting both for developers
and individual house purchasers.
